  • Lauren Spear

    FOUNDER/CEO

    Lauren created The Orange Butterfly blog in 2019, and through her writing, community events and online social media platform, is committed to closing the often-misunderstood gap between the brain injury and wider community. She is both a rehab mentor and Disability Inclusion Trainer for two disability organisations here in SA, dedicating her time to supporting and educating others.

    CHAIRMAN

    David has over 25 years’ experience in commercial business management, education, adult learning including significant directorship experience over the last 10 years. He brings tremendous expertise in Corporate Governance, Indigenous cultural understanding, Environment, Strategy and Risk, Local Government, Membership Associations, Chairmanship, Unlisted Public Company experience, Tourism and Aviation sector, adult education, ethics, and decision making along with senior experience in the Aboriginal sector, local government and the Not for Profit sector.

  • Ann Angel

    DIRECTOR

    Ann has a 25-year business background with international experience introducing new products to new markets. She has been part of the management team in several Australian start-up technology companies in addition to establishing Asia Pacific distribution networks for a US technology company.

  • Peter Ali

    DIRECTOR

    Born and educated in Adelaide, Peter is a highly successful executive with wide experience, gained at the highest levels of administration and facility management throughout Australia in areas of change management, people development and strong fiscal responsibility.

  • Julia Mignone

    DIRECTOR

    Julia is a commercial lawyer with experience in private practice and in-house counsel and government roles. She has an extensive range of skills in property and corporate law. Julia also has experience on various committees and boards including The Women Lawyers’ Association of SA Inc and St Vincent de Paul Society SA Inc State Council.
